Using breath work, meditation, and movement, we will calm the breath, calm the body, and calm the mind. My offerings ensure safe, accessible yoga for every human, and classes are led and cued to ensure a relaxing and inviting experience for all levels. I offer several yoga practices - aqua yoga, chair yoga, deep stretch, slow flow, vinyasa and yin. MEET ME ON THE MAT!
